1. Acceptance of Terms

The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited. winingplus reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any transactions, bonuses, or winnings associated with such accounts.

2.4 Account Registration

When registering for a winingplus account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Philippine mobile number. 3. Account Verification (KYC)

In compliance with PAGCOR requirements and applicable anti-money laundering regulations in the Philippines, winingplus operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents to verify your identity and address:

4.2 Withdrawals
